Tuition enquiries
SIDH Learning uses the name, phone number, email address, tuition interest and message submitted through enquiry forms to respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal information.
Student portal
The portal stores account names, usernames, roles, school years, subjects, exam boards and tutor allocations, together with assigned tasks, saved answers, submissions, marks, feedback and notices. We use this information to provide tuition, manage work and show learning progress.
Students can view their own work. Tutors can access students allocated to them, and centre administrators manage accounts and work across the centre. Passwords are stored as hashes.
Sign-in and the installed app
The portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The portal app caches its installation page and public display assets so it can show an offline message. Sign-in, homework, progress and resource downloads need an internet connection. Personal account information and student work are excluded from that offline cache; saving and submitting work requires an internet connection.
